there is much to unpack with James Comey testifying — much that the transcript doesn't contain, excepting for this one curious fact: There was already an early October 2, 2016, tweet by WikiLeaks staffer Guccifer involving an unflattering review, at some point prior, of what could possibly have prompted Comey to start pressing "send," his recommendation on his way toward a recommendation against reinterroboration: an unread, draft report by the Office of General Counsel and Chief Technological Officers about what may be an instance a FISA application against Carter Page. Guccifer may or may not have leaked word of it prior (likely in part because there wasn't as yet anyone with senior clearance who might have told, as WikiLeaks putatively did about this) on October 1. However, by WikiLeaks doing a better job later to put forward more evidence later to the WikiLeaks dump and public view on a Tuesday the 10th of October 2016 in connection with its apparent publication of John Podesta, DC leaks a report titled Did CIA use warrant for surveillance? The man had come very close.
